If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and the receipt attached. Please note that accessories, sale items, and clearance pieces are final sale.

While customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect), we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. For cancellations, refunds to the original payment method may be requested within 48 hours of purchase; after this window, store credit will be issued. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, noting that original shipping fees remain non-refundable.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your package is on its way, typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order ships.
