What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, accessories or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and the receipt attached. Please note that accessories, sale items, and clearance pieces are final sale.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For cancellations, refunds to the original payment method may be requested within 48 hours of purchase; after this window, store credit will be issued. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, noting that original shipping fees remain non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your package is on its way, typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order ships.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that the shipping and email addresses are correct; if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend it. Please note that while we work hard to get your items to you quickly, Kayla J Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the USPS, inclement weather, or incorrect information provided at the time of purchase. Contact the carrier to file a claim.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
